Markus Ruhl is so big its ridiculous. In the top three of our biggest bodybuilder countdown he dwarves nearly anyone he stands next to . Maybe it was his proportions , or lack of contest success at the highest level but he was close to receiving top honors and was always knows as having some of the best shoulders and upper body in the business. One thing is without dispute Ruhl has always been known as the strongest bodybuilder in history regularly bench pressing more than 600 pounds for repetitions in the gym
